This book helped me to pass my real estate exam! There was a reason I was a former reading teacher and not a math teacher. I would recommend this book to help study for the math portion of the real estate exam. It was easy to follow, gave step by step solutions, and provided plenty of practice. You can move to different chapters and master what you are most comfortable with first. Most math problems have answers not as tricky as the word problems so when you come up with an answer you know you are correct if you completed the steps. I studied the math last and passed the Florida exam my first try. Money well spent.
This book is AWESOME for the math-phobic like myself. Not only are there clear explanations of each type of problem, but there are helpful hints that really are helpful!!!
